Dev Patterns: Introduction

The documentation herein draws from many years of my travels in web development. The reason I created this is that I realized there are patterns and snippets that I tend to re-use on a regular basis. Thus, I thought a central repository for all these would be a huge time saver and a way of documenting my coding.
